Social Skills Group
Social Skills Training helps children learn the necessary skills to feel confident and knowledgeable in social situations. Historically, social skills instruction was deemed only necessary if a child had a disability. We believe that all children can benefit from a strong skill set in the area of social skills. Our approach is designed to help children learn the necessary skills in a productive, fun, and interactive way.
Social Skills Coaching
Individualized social skills support in the home or community. These sessions are 1:1, and the session’s focus is on individual goals and needs. This service is beneficial for individuals with good foundational social skills but would benefit from having input from a skilled practitioner in various social skills areas.
Executive Functioning Skills Coaching
We provide individualized executive function coaching tailored to the client's specific needs, whether that's a student struggling to complete assignments, a teen navigating independence, or an adult balancing work, home, and personal goals.
Emotional Regulations Skills Group
Our team of experienced family counselors are passionate about helping families thrive. We work with families from diverse backgrounds and are dedicated to providing culturally-sensitive care.
