Family Dynamics

The family is a social system where change in one family member may impact the larger family dynamic. Our therapists use a family systems perspective to understand family history, communication patterns and dynamics to see the bigger picture of the presenting problem and develop strategies for long-term improvement. 

Our child therapy services help children and adolescents navigate through emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more. Our counselors work with children to build skills and resilience, while supporting parents in addressing concerns at home. Sibling relationship services is also an option. We have therapists that help siblings improve their functioning, communication and overall relationships.

We offer parent support services to provide guidance and support to parents as they navigate through the ups and downs of parenthood. Our counselors provide practical strategies and support to address challenges and build stronger relationships with their children. 

Our couples therapy services help couples improve communication, build intimacy, and strengthen their relationship. Our counselors work with couples to explore concerns and develop strategies to achieve their goals. We service premarital couples, singles for dating coaching, married couples as well as couples considering divorce or separation.

We offer a variety of group counseling options, including support groups and psychoeducation groups. Our groups provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to connect with others and work towards their goals.

We provide workshops and trainings on a variety of topics related to family and mental health. Our trainings are customized to meet the needs of schools, organizations, and businesses, and are designed to improve mental health and well-being in the community.
